Been taking the time-off to clear some of my childhood toys and collections. Came across these. More than meets the eye.
Frankly, I am not sure but I am guessing that this is a mix of auto-bots and decepticons. If anyone knows, do enlighten me =P

Hopefully we are finally out of the wet season. More sun. More beach. Eelin showed me the following article in June's Cleo, and I felt it was quite a good read. Good info for us guys too, don't look so noob when shopping with/for girls in future.

Plus-Size Girl:
Don't think that black is your only option for a slimmer silhouette this summer. Wearing bold colours is a sign of confidence, and look out for little details such as plunging neckline or sexy halter strings.
Go For:
- Swimsuits that are cut higher to create the illusion of longer legs.
- Bold, solid hues.
- A V-shaped neckline that draws the eye downwards and slims you down.
Avoid:
- Boy shorts - They make hips and thighs look bigger than they are.
- Pastel Shades - They magnify your frame.
- A too-high neckline.

Buxom Hourglass:
Look for bikini tops with extra support for your ample top, such as underwired cups or a thicker band so you look perky, not saggy.
Go For:
- A top that comes in bra sizes for the perfect fit - pieces in your exact cup size will give you the best support and fit.
- Alternatively, opt for a top that has a bottom band at least an inch wide so it'll be sturdy enough to hold up your chest.
Avoid:
- Bandeaus as they lack the support that you require.

Curvy One:
Maillots are back and sexier than any bikini. One-pieces are great for holding in any bumps or lumps. Getting the perfect fit is key, so try it before you buy it.
Go For:
- Suits with a bit of ruching or gathers and show off a little skin with a plunging neckline or low-cut back.

Boyish Figure:
Rather than go for thickly-padded bikinis, get some natural-looking curves by picking thinly-moulded cups with extra flourishes or ruched details.
Go For:
- Pale colours if you are tanned enough to show off that healthy sun-kissed glow.
- Be adventurous. Sexy halters or flirty bandeaus paired with either ruffled or string bottoms are perfect for femming up your body type.
- Flaunt you taut tummy - you look best in a two-piece suit.
Avoid:
- Something too skimpy at the top as this will make your chest look flatter.

- Plunging pieces. Anything that's cut too high on the chest will give you a swim team look.

- Bottoms that cut slightly higher to create a longer leg line.
- Lengthen your shape by choosing girlie ruffles that wrap your figure.

If you have the body, show it off!
Go For:
- Celebrate your curves with side-ties or side rings on low-rise bottoms. Adjustable side-ties also won't dig into hips or cause spillovers.
- Halters with a wide band balance the hips and show off your shoulders and chest.
Avoid:
- Boy shorts - They'll make your hips look extra wide.
- Extremely high-cut bottoms - They don't always flatter your thighs. A leg line that meets the widest part of your hips lengthens legs

Size Zero Equivalent:
Go for bright shades and prints - you can get away with them.

Personally, while browsing through the magazine, I really like the tie-shirt below from Heroic Rendevous. Soft cotton feeling and pastel shade. Practical enough for games or volleyball without worry of slipping and spillage. Yet, sexy peak-a-boo with a cute bikini within. Nice!
Alrighty~! We are finally at post 101 !! =P And here is a small look-back into my life so far, and some stuff that I have wanted to update, but never found the time to =x
First up, would be the BodyGuardz I got for my PSP phat. Wanted protection from wear but didn't want to add bulk to my PsP Phat. And BodyGuardz did just that. Below is a picture of the package when in came.

And within there are instructions, application solution, and TWO sets of BodyGuardz adhesive protection.
A close-up view on on of the Adhesive protection and the application solution. You can roughly see the thickness of the protection covering. Interesting note: The application solution is made of water and Baby shampoo. Or so it says =P
Not going to bore with the application procedure. There is an official youtube video online on it already. And the wet end product~ Ta-Dah~! Notice how the skin fits over the rounded corners
And you can see some bubbles trapped under the skin while it is still wet. Alittle blur due to it.
Another close up look at the bubbles while it is wet. Notice how some of the edges have a problem sticking firmly while wet. It will get quite wet during the application phase, as the solution allows you to position the adhesive shield as you want it, and prevents it from sticking firmly to the psp. Do note on the thickness it adds to the psp. Quite negligible.
Takes quite awhile to dry. The instructions said 12-24hours. But for me it took about 3 days. But that might be due to the rainy season providing minimal sunlight. But when it is dry, the shield sticks nicely over the corners securely. Note how it covers the curved surface of the PsP nicely. A down point would be the holes, are slightly off, as you can see. But still there, so not much of a factor really.
Close-up on the front side of the PsP. The holes for the analog stick and buttons fit nicely, but results in the analog stick being slightly tighter. But after playing a few games, it is barely noticeable. Notice how the screen is smoothed out after the drying process. The bubbles disappear as the application solution dries up from under the shield.
An attempt at the clarity of the PsP. Not affected at all. Appears more glossy under the light, but barely noticeable on the game screen. The shield also provides a better grip on the PsP, and greatly reduces the amount of fingerprint stains on the surface of the PsP.
Overall, I find the BodyGuardz was a good buy. The downsides are the cost and the long drying time. Time taking to attach it onto the PsP was about an hour, due to the repositioning process. It thoroughly covers the PsP with minimal thickness added. And it is transparent!
Coming with 2 sets, I feel it is a great investment if you get it with a friend. If anyone wants to order in future, do contact me. There is a discount given to returning customers.

Love the brown =leather texture and lazy slip ons. Strapless =K

As of Last Friday, I joined the unwise gang with the removal of my 2 upper wisdom teeth. Thankfully they were just extractions. $65 a tooth at Dentist Inc.
Dang! My teeth do look badly stained despite the cleaning job done prior to the extraction. Crumbs. No more Teh-C for me :(
And a look at the weird root that my right upper wisdom tooth had. Took quite awhile before this bugger came out. Left a gapping hole and hours a bleeding too =(

Finally got some clothes today. Been on a drought since the spree in Thailand. Here is shirt I bought with Nick at Queensway today. Followed him to AH for his check. Got this for $40. Nick got 2 other shirts, 1 is a nice vintage piece. Might take a photo of it later =x *wahaha* Photo-whoring
Another brown piece, a long sleeve one for casual look at more formal places =P Love the worn look.

Something more recent, Eelin's Birthday in April. We went to Glass Bar at Jewel Box, Mt Faber for dinner. Nice ambiance and great view.
Just be advised that they are currently renovating the area, you can catch a glimpse of the renovations to the right actually =P Drank some cocktail before dinner. Must say that they do have a wide selection to choose from.
Her Choice: Teriyaki Cod Fish. Fresh, tender and juicy. The potato wedges and mushrooms were just right too.
My Choice: Salmon Pistachio Herbed Crust. Firm yet juicy. Well blended taste with the nuts. Complementing well with the mashed potatoes and juicy sautéed vegetables.
Ordered quite a few deserts, and were disappointed. Nothing spectacular. The cheese-cakes fared the best, bite size pieces of 4 different flavours, Original, Coffee, Oreo and Berry. Worth the try for cheese cake lovers.
(About $80 per person) Overall, felt that the cocktails and main courses were great, but the dessert was disappointing. Worth to visit for the ambiance, but do book in advance and request for corner seats, lest a noisy family or crowd settles down beside you. Might visit again when the renovations are done.
One thing to note about would be the toilets there. Very very impressive. Do be advised though, that as the the building is made of glass, cable-car sitters can catch a glimpse of you while you are at the sinks.
Found that out on our cable-car ride back, when we realised that we were not the only ones taking photos in the toilets
And an interesting find would be this cable car on the roof of Jewel Box, totally made from Lego, showcasing their Cable-car dining.
