Totally gets me all emo and sappy... storyline songs always get me... the same way Collin Raye's "Love Me" also gets me.

So, months back I posted about the awesome Russian AA-12 fully automatic shotgun... And now they are back with more =3
Ever wondered how it feels like to be Rambo... or a Heavy in TF2 with his Minigun... or even mounting the mini turret in L4D? Well... judging from this video... it must truly been an awesome feeling =3
" That's what the fuck I'm talking about. You cannot get more firepower than this, anywhere in the world. "
One of those timeless songs... simple words that still mean something... at different stages of your life...
And love the quote... although I do think it's by Friedrich Nietzsche not Mark Twain =P
" He who fights with monsters might take care...
... Lest he thereby become a monster.
And if you gaze for long into an abyss...
... The abyss gazes also into you. "
Okay, months back, I posted about the amazing feats by Isao Machii the modern samurai... now he is back, upping the stakes!
And I guess, it's interesting that another great game has a theme song with the same name =3... totally different lyrics and feel though.. but still awesome... and coincidentally, was also on offer on Steam over the weekend... Still THE pakour game to own! =3
and here is the instrumental version that I love.. just makes you wanna do awesome pakour moves on the go =P
and I have no idea really on the relationship.. as to why... but there is a trance track Shine by Alcorus that is based on? / inspired? the theme =3
Lol'ed, otaku'ism to the max... completed portal in slightly over 2 hours... not that bad considering how rusty I am =P ... but still loving GLaDos =3
and for all who still don't know... Portal is going for free on Steam until the 20th of September... so yeah, grab it before it's too late =3
and no.. this cake is not a lie =P
Factum Est... It is Done.
Been a long journey... took months really... researching... piecing... the nostalgia... the emotions to pour out... before it was all penned out... but gotta say it is a comforting feeling too.. knowing that something you have completed is now out there... and even in some small way... it is going to make a difference to all around it... I guess that is the power of art... and what I really love about it bahx =3
Well, one more thing crossed off the bucket list: - Writing a Script.
Still left with sculpture, painting, typography and a book... haha sometimes I wish I have a place of my own, a home to display all these =P
And digging deep once again sparked nostalgia... from 1998... when music was more sentimental... was THE graduation song before Vitamin C came up 2 years later... how many of us still remember it? Considering that it only has 1 million views... while Bieber's Baby has 621 million views... its like finding a cassette or cd player all over again =P
Yes, it is a viral video for the movie Contagion... but love the little memes inserted everywhere and it's sleek execution =3

Love how the simplistic cartoon turns the St Matthew Island Experiment into a simple parable =3

And since we're on Adele's songs, might as well post this up... the other song I'm impressed on is this... and gotta say, its really soulful for the her and her listeners =3
and as for covers, this is my favourite so far.. they are from UK, all 18 or under, but with really soulful harmonics...... especially impressed by the guy on the piano =3
Okay, so months back, I posted the Linkin Park cover of "Rolling in the Deep"... and it seems that now there is a much better version... with a Mike on the piano instead of the guitars, and much better clapping =3
This may be really old news, but sometimes I feel that it really strikes home the message... are we just rushing by this mad mad world?
and you can still read the full report here on the Washington Post
The question was simple and the solution elegant...
" What do you think would occur, hypothetically, if one of the world's great violinists had performed incognito before a traveling rush-hour audience of 1,000-odd people? "
